What to Send

One document is all we need. It must show your name and your agency or department.

  • Agency or department ID card
  • Recent pay stub from your agency (blur the dollar amounts)
  • Signed letter from your agency on official letterhead
  • State EMT or paramedic certification card
  • Retirement ID or retirement letter (for retired responders)

Protect your info: cover badge numbers, ID numbers and anything you don't want to share. We only need your name and agency. Documents are used for verification only.

I'm retired. Do I qualify?

Yes. Send a retirement ID or a retirement letter from your agency.

I'm a volunteer firefighter. Am I eligible?

Absolutely. A department ID or a signed letter from your chief works.

Can I use it during a sale?

Yes. Your $100 comes off the current sale price. It just can't be combined with another discount code.

How long does verification take?

Usually one business day. Our team is available Monday to Sunday, 10am to 8pm PST.

Can I buy a bike for a family member?

The code is for the verified responder's own purchase, one bike per person.
