Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

United States: 2–7 business days
Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number.
If you do not receive a tracking email or if the tracking information is not updating, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivery Confirmation & Theft Disclaimer
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. This includes theft, misplacement, or loss due to unsecured delivery locations. We recommend shipping to a secure address or using delivery options that require a signature when available.
