Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
The bike must be unridden, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
Returns showing any signs of use, wear, damage, or modification (including installed accessories or tire wear) will not be accepted.
You must have your order number and proof of purchase.
Items sent back without prior approval or outside of the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
If a return is approved, the return shipping cost is $160 paid for by the customer.
Inspection & Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Contact@riderevoltusa.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a prompt resolution.
In many cases, damages or defects are minor and can be resolved under our warranty policy through replacement parts, troubleshooting, or repair assistance. If the issue is determined to be fixable under the terms of our warranty, a return of the item will not be authorized. Instead, we will provide the necessary support, parts, or guidance to restore the product to proper working condition.
To process any damage or defect claim, customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the issue. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent resolution.
Returns will only be approved in cases where the issue cannot be resolved through warranty support or if the product is deemed unusable. Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the item is deemed defective, we will cover all costs to get the bike returned and provide a full refund to the customer once the bike has been picked up by the shipping carrier.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
When your item is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, including the full purchase amount and shipping fees.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
