How tall do I need to be for this bike?
The recommended height is between 5'4" and 6'5".
I just ordered and my tracking number isn't working, what do I do?
Please wait 1-2 business days for your tracking number to populate on your confirmation email. You will also receive a separate email containing your tracking information once your order is shipped out.
Does the bike come assembled?
The bike comes 85% pre-assembled. Simply attach the front wheel, light, handlebars, (optional: extra seat, back pegs), and inflate the tires before you're ready to ride.
My bike isn't turning on, what do I do?
Don't worry we got your back. First, make sure that the battery isn't plugged in, it will not power on while it's still attached to the charger. Next, check that the red switch on the battery is flipped "on". Press and hold down the power button on the left side of the handle bars for a few seconds. If the bike still does not power on please contact us below.
