Take your peace of mind even further — our 2-Year Extended Warranty builds on the solid foundation of our standard 12-month coverage to deliver longer-term protection for your e-bike’s key components.
What the 2-Year Extended Warranty Covers
If you opt for the extended warranty during your purchase (or within the allowed window), here’s what’s included beyond the standard 12-month terms:
Frame & Forks
Same as the 12-month warranty for carbon frames, with coverage extended through the full 24 months for defects in materials or workmanship (excluding labor for swap over).
Major Electrical & Mechanical Components
Motor, battery, controller, display, wiring harness, and core electrical components are covered against manufacturing defects for the full 24 months (provided normal use).
Replacement or Repair
If a covered component fails due to a defect (and not due to misuse or accident), we will dispatch the necessary replacement part(s) from our U.S. inventory and assist with installation instructions.
If a component is irreparably damaged after reasonable repair attempts (at our discretion), we will provide a replacement unit.
What the Extended Warranty Does Not Cover (Same as Standard)
The extended warranty continues to exclude:
Wear items or consumables (e.g. brake pads, tires, chains, spokes, rotors)
Damage due to crashes, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications
Corrosion of electrical contacts caused by moisture, neglect, or improper maintenance
Cosmetic defects (scratches, paint fading, dents)
Failures resulting from improper installation, repair, or use of non-approved accessories
Serial numbers or identification labels that are removed, altered, or illegible
How to Opt In & Activate It
Select the 2-Year Extended Warranty Add-On at checkout (or within the prescribed post-purchase period)
The extended coverage is automatically registered and begins immediately after your standard 12-month warranty expires
The warranty remains valid even if the bike is resold, provided the original registration and purchase records are intact
How to File a Claim Under the Extended Plan

Contact the retailer or dealer where you purchased the bike (if applicable) or reach out directly to our support team at the email listed in our standard warranty policy.

Provide proof of purchase, your warranty registration, and relevant photos or descriptions of the defect.

After reviewing your claim, we’ll ship replacement part(s) from our U.S. inventory. You’ll handle installation (or a qualified shop may install for you).

If repair is not feasible after reasonable attempts, we’ll provide a replacement eligible unit or component.
