2-Year Warranty Protection

Ride Revolt 2-Year Warranty Protection is an extension of the standard Ride Revolt 1-Year Limited Warranty that comes included with every bike. Adding it simply extends that same coverage by one additional year, so instead of stopping at 12 months, your warranty runs for a full 24 months from delivery, two whole years of protection, back to back, with no gap in between.

It's the same warranty, just longer

2-Year Warranty Protection is not a different or reduced policy. It covers the exact same components and follows the exact same protocols, procedures, and terms as the standard 1-Year Limited Warranty described on our 1-Year Limited Warranty page ,the same claims process, the same repair and reimbursement rules, the same shipping terms, and the same exclusions. The only thing that changes is how long that coverage lasts.

As with the standard warranty, original components include the frame and forks (regardless of material), the battery, motor, controller, display, charger, brakes, suspension, wheels, lighting, and other original bike components. Separate accessory products outside our Bike Parts category remain excluded, exactly as under the 1-year policy.

Replacement parts and replacement bikes supplied under warranty during your 24-month coverage period follow the same rule as the standard policy: each one receives its own new 12 months of coverage from its delivery date.

Filing a claim, repairs, and reimbursement

Everything works exactly as described in the 1-Year Limited Warranty: email contact@riderevoltusa.com with your order number, name and address, a summary of the issue, and photo or video proof. The same approval process for parts and bike-shop repairs, the same reimbursement timing, the same ownership-transfer rules, and the same shipping-cost terms all apply, unchanged — just available to you for the full 24 months instead of 12.

Exclusions

The same exclusions in the standard warranty apply here in full: ordinary wear and tear, crash or misuse damage, improper assembly or storage, unauthorized modifications, heavy-rain riding or motor submersion, theft or loss, and accessories outside our Bike Parts category. When to Purchase

2-Year Warranty Protection must be purchased at checkout as part of your original bike order and will be registered to that order number. It cannot be purchased separately or added after your bike order has been placed.
